CBD Batch Information, Ingredient Traceability & Certificates of Analysis

At Incr-edibles CBD, we believe in complete transparency, so we provide detailed information for every batch of CBD and CBG ingredients used in our products.

Batch Reference: Is a unique Incr-edibles identification number assigned to each product batch, allowing us to track, identify and provide transparent information about its manufacture, testing and quality.

Manufacturer’s Lot Number: Provides traceability back through the production process, identifying the specific manufacturing batch and enabling us to verify its origin, production details and associated quality documentation.

Date of Manufacture: Confirms when your product batch was produced, helping provide clear traceability while allowing customers to understand the age and production history of the CBD product they have purchased.

Best before Date: Indicates the period during which the product is expected to retain its quality, potency and characteristics when stored correctly, providing customers with clear product-use guidance.

Certificate of Analysis: Provides independently verified test results for each batch, helping customers understand its cannabinoid content, purity and quality while demonstrating our commitment to transparency and product testing.

“By making this information readily available, we give our customers confidence in the quality, authenticity, and traceability of every product. Rather than simply making claims, we provide the evidence behind our commitment to quality, helping you make informed purchasing decisions and demonstrating the high standards that Incr-edibles CBD upholds.”

Frequently Asked Questions About CBD Batch Information

What is a CBD batch number?
At Incr-edibles CBD, we assign a batch number to every cannabinoid product we purchase from our supplier. This lets us easily identify which ingredients were used to manufacture our final products.

What is a manufacturer’s lot number?
A manufacturer’s lot number is a unique reference assigned to a specific batch of cannabinoid ingredients. It enables tracing through manufacturing records, quality checks, and, where applicable, back to its source.

What is a Certificate of Analysis?
A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is a laboratory document confirming the cannabinoid ingredient’s composition, strength, purity and testing results. It provides independent evidence that the ingredient meets specified quality and safety standards and matches its stated specification.

Does a CoA relate to a specific batch?
Yes. A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) normally relates to a specific batch or lot of cannabinoid ingredient. Its results verify the composition, strength, purity and testing of that particular batch, providing traceability and quality assurance.

Does the certificate of analysis test the finished cbd product?
Not necessarily. A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) normally relates to the specific ingredient batch tested. Unless stated otherwise, it should not be assumed that the CoA represents testing of the finished CBD product.

Why does Incr-edibles publish batch information?
At Incr-edibles CBD, we believe customers should have clear information about the cannabinoid ingredients used in our products. Publishing batch references, manufacturer’s lot numbers, production dates and Certificates of Analysis allows greater transparency and traceability. It shows how we identify and monitor the ingredients we use, while giving customers access to supporting information about individual batches.

What is the difference between a CoA and an SDS?
A CoA (Certificate of Analysis) provides laboratory results confirming a specific batch’s composition, potency and purity. An SDS (Safety Data Sheet) provides detailed information about the ingredient’s properties, hazards, handling, storage, safety precautions and emergency procedures.

Do different CBD ingredients have different batch numbers?
Not necessarily. Incr-edibles CBD may use the same internal batch reference for different cannabinoid ingredients received on the same date. We identify each ingredient using the manufacturer’s lot number and ingredient type, allowing us to recognise and trace individual ingredients accurately.
