Product Guidance:
As you can see from the above information, this product's amount of mg per drop is 2mg. Here at Incr-edibles we recommend starting with a low dosage amount within the region of 10-12mg once daily and working from there.
With this in mind and based on our guidance, we recommend starting with around five to six drops. Try using this for the first few days and see how you get on with it. If it is not enough and not helping you, then increase the dose by one drop daily. Please continue to do this until you feel it is helping. This process is called finding your "sweet spot" and is the usual process for new CBD users in realising their best dosing amount. If, over the course of the day, the effect of your product starts wearing off, then there is no harm in taking an additional dose.
How to take CBD:
The best way to use most products is to apply the desired amount of the product under your tongue and leave it there for between 1-2 minutes before swallowing it. The benefits of this are to increase the efficacy of the product used.
