Another study published in the Journal of Current Neuropharmacology found that CBD may effectively reduce insomnia symptoms. The study looked at 27 patients with insomnia and found that those who received 160 mg of CBD per day for a month experienced significant improvements in their sleep duration and quality. However, we would state that the recommended maximum daily CBD dosage for adults, as indicated by the Food Standards Agency in the UK, is 75mg CBD per day.
